Our Steps to Apply & Tour:

Step 1:   Apply Below.   No cost at this step.

Step 2:   Prerequisites checked. You will be contacted.
Step 3:   Get a Showing Appointment.

Step 4:   Investigative Credit & Background Check. $40 per adult electronic invoice.

Step 5:   Agree.  Provide deposit & sign lease!
 

Our Requirements

​

  • 650 Experian/680 Equifax Credit Score or better, mandatory.

  • 2.5x Monthly Rent in minimum income.

  • 1 yr good work history.  Can be multiple employers if same market/job.

  • 1 yr good rental history.

  • No evictions within 7 years

  • Housing debt treated like evictions.

  • Must provide proof of income.

  • Clear criminal as applies to apartments and by law.

  • One Small dog or indoor cats only.

  • Max. 3 persons to 1 bedroom & 5 Persons to a 2 bedroom
     

  • False, misleading, suspicious and/or modified documents will be grounds for rejecting an application.
