Thank you for wanting to visit us, we appreciate your interest! We are a unique place. For the value, our prices are better than most complexes, but we are harder to get into.

Pictures of the available units are found online under Gallery or Availability, and we have pictures and 3D tours available on Apartments.com.

To book a showing, you must show that you can meet our minimum requirements first. For the security of our complex and to be more effective, we require all people requesting showings fill out Step 1 of our application process and meet our prerequisites. We do not do walk up tours, nor is calling a good way to get ahold of us.

Our Steps:

Step 1: Apply. No cost at this Step. You are not charged until your application has been reviewed for meeting prerequisites.

Step 2: Prerequisites checked. If you are cleared of prerequisites (published under Apply), we will contact you directly for an appointment time that works for you. If you like what you see and want to move forward, then we move to next step, Step 3.

Step 3: Credit Check. Pay the electronic invoice for Investigative Credit & Background check. ($40 per adult)

Step 4: Agree. Provide holding deposit, and sign lease!
